The sidebar says: "This blog is dedicated to news and work of Province 2, which includes members in dioceses within the states of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania."

I thought all of PA was in Province 3. Does it come under 2 for BSG things, or was this a slip?

Dear Marnanel,
BSG provinces are constituted when at least four professed brothers live within a province of The Episcopal Church (or Anglican Communion). When a church province doesn't have enough brothers within it, they are assigned to be extraprovincial members of one of the constituted provinces. At present there are three brothers living in TEC's Province III, so they are assigned to be parts of other provinces of BSG on basis of proximity or ease of travel. So our Pennsylvania brother is in Province 2, and our Maryland brother in Province 4; our Virginia brother is attending VTS, but he is canonically resident in the Diocese of Los Angeles, so he remains part of our BSG Province 8, although while on the East Coast he is participating in events in Province 2 and 4 as he is able.

That makes a lot of sense, and clears up my confusion. Thank you for the explanation!
